E-Design
We are so excited to bring you our new online E-Design service!
If you think you might be a fit, ask yourself these few questions…
Am I on a budget but still want great style?
Do I want to design one room at a time or at my own pace?
Do I live in an area with limited access to great interior style?
Do I mind rolling up my sleeves and managing my own design project?
If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, then the E-Design process may just be the perfect fit for you and your home.
E-Design is a do-it-yourself option for great interior design.
Here is how to get started...
First, contact me through the Contact page requesting an E-Design in the title. I
will then send out a design form for you to fill out and complete via email. This
will give me an idea of the type of room, what your needs are, and the overall design
issues at hand.
Secondly, I will then need you to take good quality digital photos of the space. I
usually suggest taking pictures of each wall (head on) then one or two overall shots,
say, through a doorway.
Thirdly, we will need you to take very detailed measurements of the space. These
should include the ceiling height, wall widths, and door and window placement.
Please be sure to include structural items that are staying in the space, i.e a fireplace,
built-ins, etc.
At this time, we will request payment of the room(s) you are wanting to have
completed and the signed E-Design contract. Upon received payment, myself or a
member of my team, will send an email confirming payment and a start date.
****Please note that there is an approximate timeline of 4 to 6 weeks for the idea book to
be completed.
Once the idea book is completed we will send it to you via FED-EX Overnight or
Second-day Air.
Your Idea Book:
A beautifully personalized idea book that includes concept photos, a floor-plan and
elevations of your room drawn to-scale, selections for furniture and
accessories, sketches of important details for your space, an organized
shopping guide complete with pricing, and thorough instructions on how to
implement your design. This handy book will fit perfectly in your bag if you go
shopping and want to take your design plan with you!
A samples packet with the paint, fabrics, and wall-coverings that we have selected
for your project will be provided in the back sleeve of your idea book.
